New award from P&G

Apr 10, 2017

Procter & Gamble's GDM (Global Development Markets) business unit from Geneva, which organizes the distributor business in the EIMEA region (Europe, India, Middle East and Africa) for various P&G brands with approximately 200 independent distributors, recognizes its particularly successful partner companies every year.

After DMV Diedrichs Markenvertrieb was recognized by Procter & Gamble for best business development a year ago, we were delighted to receive another award. This time, we were awarded the prize for best online business, which we secured last year thanks to the consistent development of our organizational structure in this area and various successful online campaigns for the Old Spice brand.

The campaigns were primarily implemented using the Amazon platform, but also with other online shops such as Flaconi and Allyouneed, and ranged from simple banners and discount promotions to classic cost-per-click ads. However, it wasn't just the variety and quality of the campaigns that were decisive for P&G, but also the outstanding online sales growth of 22%.

However, the positive development in Old Spice's online sales represents only a small aspect for us, because overall, thanks to this focused online work, we were able to increase our online sales by around 98% compared to the previous year.
