IT and telecommunications merchants (IT system specialists) give professional support to internal and external customers regarding IT products, determine needs and requirements, and also provide support to clients or the company during the implementation and installation of new equipment. IT system specialists have commercial, technical, and organizational control over such projects. In all tasks, close cooperation and communication with the user is essential - even after the implementation of a technical measure, IT system specialists remain as a point of customer contact.
